How is your QC?
A: We have strict QC process and all the products will be 100% testing before shipping. There are five QC steps that our product must go through before leaving the workshop, no matter it is sample or mass production.

Can you provide OEM & ODM service?
A: Sure. We can help you print or emboss your logo, also we can design label for you. We have design department, we're good at this and always provide this service for abroad company.

Is your product proved by any certification?
A: YES, GMP, ISO9001, ISO22000, free sales certifcate, health certificate, Origin certicate etc. if you need any other certificates, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Q:
What documents you provide?
A: Usually, we provide Commerical Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA , Health certificat and Origin certificate. If your markets have any special requirements, let us know.
Q:
What's your sample policy?
A: The sample fee is refundable. We will return different proportion of sample fee to you based on the quantity of your Bulk order.
