In June 2021, the first approval document for gummy health food products in the country was obtained. It has now formed a modern enterprise integrating the research and development, production and sales of biological products, health food, big health food, sugar-free chewing lozenges and gummy candies. In addition, we also focus on providing one-stop customized services for gummy candies, pressed candy, product contract manufacturing, and OEM/ODM.
Our goal is to provide customers with safer and higher-quality products. Our facility has a vast space of over 22,000 square meters and integrates lean management, automation and informatization. The 100,000-level clean production site can provide manufacturing of various dosage forms including plant-based gummy candies, powders, and chewable tablets. The intelligent workshop is equipped with 13 production lines, increasing production capacity by 30% and shortening the delivery cycle by 25%.
A new fully automatic GMP production line for gummy candies has been launched. The daily production capacity of 11 million grains reflects our dedication to advanced technology. We have invested over 150 million yuan in building our new factory. It covers an area of over 130 acres and has established GMP and SC production workshops for health food.
